Companies' Program

The Hotel has designed 3 types of programs for companies, to answer their specific needs. These are: seminaries with lodging, day seminaries and outstanding employee's prize.

For the seminar with lodging, there are alternatives with different prices according to the kind of rooms chosen.

In the suites or junior suites, prices range between $118.000 + AVT and $80.500 + AVT, depending whether they will be used by one or two people respectively, and in the standard pavilion, prices range between $108.000 + AVT and $54.000 + AVT. All bedrooms are carpeted, with telephone, Cable TV, refrigerator and private bathroom with thermal water.

The plan includes a welcome cocktail, all meals, conference rooms equipped with the support material previously requested, two coffee breaks, mineral water and candies.

The day seminar plan includes a technologically equipped conference room, two coffee breaks –one in the morning and the other at mid-afternoon– lunch consisting in entrée, soup, main course, dessert, beverage and coffee. Price per person is $22.000 + AVT. Many companies also have a prize for the Outstanding Employee. For this reason, the Hotel has designed various programs with different alternatives, whether for the day or with lodging, that include meals, use of the pools, thermal pavilion services, tennis courts, games room, among other services.
