Gastronomy

This is one of the highlights of El Corazón Thermal Hotel that really makes the difference, as Ana Bianchini places all her culinary expertise in order to provide our guests a gastronomic delight. The top level menu is based on international cuisine dishes, which include savory recipes very well prepared and finely served. Special notice deserve the pasta, derived from the paternal Italian heritage, as well as the quality of cakes and pastries that sweeten life and delight the sweet-toothed, with recipes from the maternal Germany.

To enliven the weekly menu, on Saturday nights we offer a tasting dinner, with six different courses, Thursday's dinner is a complete and tasty barbecue, while at lunchtime on Tuesdays and Sundays we offer a self-service American buffet with pasta, meats, and vegetables, among other delicacies.
